1. Understand the end-to-end process of planning, promoting, and delivering a successful Nordic Flow workshop.

2. Apply best practices for managing event logistics, student check-in, and cold plunge setup.

3. Effectively co-market your workshop using Nordic Flow’s ticketing system, branded templates, and affiliate programs.

4. Navigate financial and operational responsibilities as a Nordic Flow contractor, including payment flow, host splits, and communication expectations.

5. Create a professional and transformational experience for your participants while representing the Nordic Flow brand with clarity and confidence.

Course Procedure

1. Enroll in the course.
   Access the Workshop Optimization Course through the Nordic Flow Academy platform.

2. View all course content.
   Complete each section, taking notes on logistics, tech setup, and coach expectations.

3. Forward your course completion email to our finance team at rparker@thenordicwave.com
   This step is required to complete your onboarding before teaching your first workshop.

4. Start coaching for Nordic Flow.
   Once your onboarding is confirmed, you’re officially ready to deliver certified Nordic Flow workshops.

5. Join your Nordic Coaches WhatsApp (Active 1099 coaches only)
